MISSION
The Center for Marine Intelligence was created to develop new means of communication with the aquatic environment.
Creatures are grafting themselves to human debris and taking on new evolutionary capabilites through their fusion with plastics and random electronic parts. These adapted species are self organizing and cluster together, their intelligence relative to size.
